Leeds is one of Britain's most exciting and inviting cities. The largest city in Yorkshire, it is famed for its nightlife and shopping and like Sheffield it has entirely reinvented itself from its manufacturing past. Over 1000 shops pack Leeds compact heart, with all the top stores and shopping departments being located in the city.

The University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University give Leeds a great nightlife scene as thousands of students descend on its friendly and attractive pubs and clubs at night. The Leeds Tourist cannot afford to miss the Royal Armouries, the City Art Gallery and Armley Mills.
